You should not notice any difference if you wish to use Moo Organic milk in your cooking, it makes a perfectly good alternative to using fresh milk.
AI have used moo milk in a bechamel sauce for lasagne and macaroni cheese and fish pie all with no problems behaves just like fresh milk when used for sauce, frozen then recooked. I often like to use the whole moo milk for sauces as I find that bit creamier. but use the semi skimmed too.
